The goal of the product is to provide an easy and fast transfer from fiat currencies to stablecoins, and back again. From any bank in the world to any bank in the world.
Background
The founders of Harbour came to us with audience research already in place, and our job was to quickly create a design concept and get the design ready for development.
Problem
Now the process of converting from fiat currencies to stablecoins is complicated and not clear and a person without basic knowledge in the crypto industry has difficulty with it. The growing demand in the market shows both the growing market size and the growing problem.
Design Task
Develop an MVP version of a cross-platform mobile application that meets Harbour's high standards in innovation, security and user experience. Think over UX logic that provides intuitive use and flexibility in implementing new features
Timeline
From explorations to final designs in 5 months while working with multiple projects at the same time
The client provided us with a lot of information about the audience that they were able to get by being in a business incubator. Using this information, we were able to create a user persona, empathy map, and customer jorney map, and were able to see which details users felt the most pain in.
Wireframes
After Wireframes and usability test were done, we started most creative stage. The Concept.
Idea of the visual design one of the important things in building a brand. We used unique approach for creating idea for visual design called Metaphor.
Metaphor it is extremely powerful visual tool, is an unexpected comparison of two dissimilar objects.
For example, a brand design for a sports car, the metaphor could be a cheetah because it is the fastest animal on the planet.
We are like a transport hub
Glassmorphism and geometric shapes are used to visualize this concept, creating a sense of transparency, order and innovation. The basis of the design philosophy is minimalism, purity and intuitiveness. Thanks to this, users can quickly and easily interact with the information and functions of the application.

Summary
The project was completed in five months, from the brief to final support. The process included briefing, competitor analysis, information architecture, wireframe development, usability testing, idea generation, concept creation, UI design, and the development of a design system.
