Hi there, I'm Vitalii, Product Design Lead with 15 years of expertise in UX/UI/product design, design strategy, user research and design management. My aim is to assist companies in building and managing effective teams, developing critical design practices in a lean manner, and mentoring designers by setting clear development plans aligned with company goals.My approach to product strategy involves identifying potential user experience gaps that may interfere with business goals. I've been in love with design since 2008 when I did my first web design job.

At this time I was at university and was into design, freelancing, different projects, logos, and anything design related
2013
Finding my first full time job in a small design studio at a printing company. i was excited and happy.After working there for a year, I'm starting my journey at the company that helped pave the way for me into UX/UI Design.
2014-2019
I joined Knubisoft as a young middle designer, i was the only designer in the company and i did all websites, apps, identity, drew interfaces for computer games and much more. In this company I grew in 5 years from a midlevel designer to a team leader with a team of 4 artists and 2 designers.
2019-2021

It was a huge career break, 8 months of volunteering.
From March to October 2022, I volunteered to help deliver relief supplies to victims and assist the military.
